Refund policy

All sales are final. The Course is digital content that you can access, read and download as soon as your payment goes through. For that reason I don’t offer refunds or exchanges once access has been given.
At checkout you’re asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that, once access is given, you lose any right of withdrawal or refund. If you live in the European Union, this is your express consent under the EU rules for digital content.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged twice, or you can’t get into the Course because of a technical problem on my side, write to [email protected] and I’ll fix it or refund the duplicate charge.
This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country that cannot be excluded (for example, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law).
