Privacy policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you visit homestagingonlinecourse.com or buy the Course. The data controller is Blanco Metro SL, Pamplona, Spain. Contact: [email protected].
What data I collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe; I receive confirmation of the payment, never your full card number.
- To give you access: your name and email address, used to create your account on the course platform and send you your login details.
- When you browse: technical data (such as IP address, device and pages visited) collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and the Google tag.
Why I use it
- To process your purchase, give you access to the Course and send you service emails (performance of the contract).
- To keep invoices and accounting records (legal obligation).
- To measure my ads and show relevant ads on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (consent or legitimate interest, depending on where you live).
Who it’s shared with
Only with the providers I need to run this site: Stripe (payments), Meta Platforms and Google (advertising and measurement), my hosting provider and my email provider. Some of them may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I never sell your personal data.
How long I keep it
Account data is kept while you have access to the Course. Purchase and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Advertising cookies expire according to each provider’s settings.
Cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel and the Google tag to measure visits, checkouts and purchases from ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict its use, by writing to [email protected]. If you think your data hasn’t been handled properly, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country. California residents may also request information about, and deletion of, their personal information.
